What records can I access?

In Racine County, the images of real estate documents recorded and the computer tract indexing of legal descriptions from 1989 to present are available.

What are the fees to use Occasional LandShark?

Searching using the tract index (legal description) or document indexes are at no charge. To access an image, there is a $2.00 for the first page, $1 for each additional page cost. The fees are charged to your credit card. Instructions for making a credit card purchase can be found here. NOTE: There is a $3.00 convenience fee for credit card transactions.  If a user has accumulated $50 in charges for a single usage, the user is subject to an additional $3.00 service charge.

Do I need to sign an agreement?

No. An agreement is only required if a user would like daily access.
